In the Official Gazette of Romania no. 748 of August 17, 2023, the Order of the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure no. 1,471 of August 7, 2023 regarding the approval of tariffs for the provision of specific activities carried out by the Romanian Railway Safety Authority - ASFR. The order applies starting from August 17, 2023.

The Cooperation Agreement was signed in Lille between the Romanian Railway Safety Authority (ASFR) represented by Mr. Petru BOGDAN - Director General and the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) represented by Mr. Josef DOPPELBAUER - Executive Director. The agreement establishes the cooperation framework related to the fulfillment of the Agency's tasks regarding single safety certificates, vehicle and type authorizations of railway vehicles.
