The Romanian Railway Safety Authority - ASFR, headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Griviței, no. 393, is inviting applications for the following single vacant, contractual positions, in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Regulation on the organization and career development of contractual personnel in the budgetary sector paid from public funds, approved by Government Decision no. 1336/2022 in conjunction with the provisions of Law no. 195/2020 on the status of railway personnel, with subsequent amendments and supplements, positions for which an employment contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a working time of 8 hours / day, 5 days / week:

1. A higher legal education position of a beginner LEGAL ADVISOR which is found in the Staff List within the Legal Service;
2. A secondary education position of a CASHIER which is found in the Staff List of the Financial Service Accounting - Accounting, Invoicing, Cashiering Department;
3. A higher education position of an ECONOMIST, degree III which is found in the Staff List of the Financial Service Accounting - Accounting, Invoicing, Cashiering Department;
4. One secondary education position of TECHNICIAN grade IA with archivist duties, which can be found in the Staff List of the Human Resources Service
5. One secondary education position of TECHNICIAN grade IA with archivist duties, which can be found in the Staff List of the Railway Safety Inspectorate Timișoara
6. One higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR grade I which can be found in the Staff List of the Railway Safety Inspectorate Timișoara
7. One secondary education position of TECHNICIAN grade IA with archivist duties, which can be found in the Staff List of the Railway Safety Inspectorate Iași
8. Four secondary/general education positions of QUALIFIED WORKER grade I with Stoker duties, which can be found in the Staff List of the Administrative Service.
9. A secondary/general education position of QUALIFIED WORKER level I with duties as a Plumber, which is found in the Staff List of the Administrative Service.
10. A secondary/general education position of QUALIFIED WORKER level I with duties as an Electrician, which is found in the Staff List of the Administrative Service.
11. A secondary/general education position of QUALIFIED WORKER level I with duties as a cleaning and sanitizing of work spaces, management of cleaning materials, which is found in the Staff List of the Administrative Service.
12. A higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR level IA which is found in the Staff List of the Safety Certification Service – Personnel Certification/Training Center Recognition Department.
13. A higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR level IA which is found in the Staff List of the Safety Supervision Service.
14. A higher education position of EXPERT grade I which is found in the Staff List of the Railway Infrastructure Authorization Service – Safety Authorization Department Commissioning Authorization
15. A higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR grade II which is found in the Staff List of the Railway Infrastructure Authorization Service – Safety Authorization Department Commissioning Authorization
16. A higher education position of EXPERT grade II which is found in the Staff List of the Railway Infrastructure Authorization Service – Industrial Railway Line Authorization Department.
17. A higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR grade IA which is found in the Staff List of the Vehicle Authorization and ERI Certification Service – Market Authorization Department VF Verification Reports.
18. A higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR grade IA which is found in the Staff List of the Vehicle Authorization and ERI Certification Service – Market Entry Authorization Department VF Verification Reports .
19. A higher education position of STATE INSPECTOR grade IA which is found in the Staff List of the Vehicle Authorization and ERI Certification Service – ERI Certification Department Maintenance Functions.

The competition/exam is held at the headquarters of the Romanian Railway Safety Authority – ASFR, Calea Griviței no. 393, Sector 1, Bucharest.

The competition is held in three stages:

1. Selection of files;

2. Written test/practical test;

3. Interview.

The general conditions that candidates will meet, according to the provisions of the Framework Regulation on the organization and career development of contractual personnel in the budgetary sector paid from public funds, approved by GD no. 1336/2022 in conjunction with the provisions of Law no. 195/2020 on the status of railway personnel, with subsequent amendments and completions:

a) has Romanian citizenship or the citizenship of another Member State of the European Union, of a state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) or the citizenship of the Swiss Confederation;

b) knows the Romanian language, written and spoken;

c) has the capacity to work in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 53/2003 - Labor Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions;

d) has a state of health appropriate to the position for which he/she is applying, attested on the basis of a medical certificate issued by the family doctor or by the authorized health units;

e) meets the requirements of studies, seniority in the specialty and, as the case may be, other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition;

f) has not been definitively convicted of a crime against national security, against authority, against humanity, corruption or official offenses, forgery or perjury offenses, offenses committed with intent that would make a candidate for a position incompatible with the exercise of the contractual position for which he/she is running, except in the case of rehabilitation;

g) is not serving a complementary sentence by which he/she was prohibited from exercising the right to hold the position, to exercise the profession or job or to carry out the activity that was used to commit the offense or the security measure of prohibiting the holding of a position or the exercise of a profession was not taken against him/her;

h) has not committed the offenses provided for in art. 1 paragraph (2) of Law no. 118/2019 on the National Automated Register of Persons Who Have Committed Sexual Offences, Exploitation of Persons or Minors, as well as for supplementing Law no. 76/2008 on the organization and functioning of the National System of Judicial Genetic Data, as amended, for the areas provided for in art. 35 para. (1) letter h).
