According to Law no. 544 of 2001 (with subsequent additions) art. 5, The information bulletin includes the list of information of public interest communicated ex officio, respectively:

Registration in the audience can be done on any working day, at the ASFR secretariat during working hours, or by e-mail at office.asfr@sigurantaferoviara.ro.

After registration, the applicant is scheduled for the audience and is informed of the date and time at which it will take place;

c) the name and surname of the persons in the management of ASFR and of the person responsible for the dissemination of public information

d) the contact details of the public authority or institution, respectively: name, headquarters, phone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail address and website address

h) the methods of contesting the decision of the authority or the public institution in the situation where the person considers himself/herself injured regarding the right of access to the requested information of public interest:
